Day 1 of celebrating Christopher

Hi..I missed my little blog. My birthday has passed and for this I am grateful .. I do not really like my birthday. I know people are supposed to love that day but it just makes me feel a little anxious and for some reason sad. I do not feel sad because I am older. I do not really care about my age. I get very meloncholy on this day and sappy yuck....but I am really happy to say that my son has his birthday 4 days after mine and I try to make that as special as possible. I have him all week (YES) so when I picked him up from school I told him we are starting a week long celebration of your birthday today !!

So I started our week long celebration with Ice Cream ...

What a movie on a school night...Yes
I made sure we would have enough time to get school work done.
but I think it was the first time we did a movie on a school night. It was exciting to do something out of the norm.. Christopher has been asking me to take him to see this movie and it was really good. Great dresses and hats and the it felt so Hollywood and fancy. I loved the movie and I feel we had an amazing day 1 of celebrating my little boy..

I am loving this new app by a beautiful mess. Can you tell my face is chubby. I have gained 27 pounds and I have 3 months to go.. I am not working hard enough on eating healthy just on eating. I hope your having a good day..

A little Freda action

Hi guys.. How are you ? I have been doing a little painting its challenging making time to do what I really like..but not impossible. I really like this Freda she makes me happy. 

Are you just loving the new photography app by Elsie.. Its so much fun. I used it on all three pictures. Its a must get. I painted this girl for my mom but then I got a better Idea for her so I will be working on a new Freda..

My birthday is this Saturday and I am hoping that I will get this form someone... you know who you are :)
A little bit about my baby bump. I feel like I am huge. I really want to start walking again as I know it would help but I have not focused on getting my behind moving. I am really excited to meet this little person growing in my tummy.  Have a wonderful day..

Waffle House wishes

After hearing from many friends how good The waffle House was in carlsbad I finally got go. For me when I am pregnant hearing about food thats really make me wish for it and dream about it so then I have to go find it...This place was really cute. This is the restaurant.

I also really like Carlsbad because it never really gets hot the beach is really close so its always a little windy and warm.

The waffles were fluffy and so good. Then we went on a long walk antique shopping. Everyone got something small.

We all wanted to buy a gum ball machine but after much thought we decided it would be better for our teeth if we did not. since both Bella and Christopher have braces..

Here they are taking a short rest before we continue.. I bought a globe and flowers.. Have a wonderful Mothers day and may you get many great hugs today ..

Cinco De Mayo

How did you celebrate yesterday?
I attended The Cinco de Mayo celebration in Old Town in San Diego. Let me start by saying there was so so so many people it took us about an hour of driving around to find parking and when we did it cost my dad 20$. The weather was nice because it was about 65 degrees and light showers. Walking around is always better when your not to hot . There was so much color all around. 

I cant express to you how much I love being surrounded by bright colors. I just love how alive Cinco De mayo celebrations feel. Its all about listening to good Latin music and watching the different dancers and enjoying delicious food.

There was amazing Mexican artist that created super fun art. My favorite was this suitcase.. I loved it. Its so cool they took an old Samsonite and and decoupaged it with a beautiful Frida Image.You can go here to see more Frida suitcases. www.goodliferoots.com

This made me smile.

Dream catchers remind me of Isabella. I have a big one in my room and Bella tells me often mom we don't have to worry about having nightmares because of the dream catcher. Having her remind me always makes me smile.

I have many pictures of me as a little girl wearing these dresses.

So That's it my day in review.  I hope you like the pictures and I hope they make you smile. So here it is.. Me 6 months pregnant with a little boy who I am going to name baby Jack. My dads face says it all. I feel huge and I yes  I look huge... Its uncomfortable and I am taking many naps. I am not worried about my weight because I am half the size of what I was with my last three pregnancies..(thats crazy) I hope you had a good Sunday..I am starting to feel really connected to my blog.. Sunday Funday

Feliz Cinco de Mayo..
One more day to enjoy before its Monday. Are you doing anything special to celebrate today ? Today is my grandmothers 93rd birthday and she has been gone for two years so I know I will be visiting her today along with my brothers and sister. 

Yesterday was a blast. The fair was a-lot smaller than I had imagined. I still got to see some friends. Michelle Hill was there and Its funny because I just ordered her scrapbook kits last week.  Debbie Campos was there too. I don't really know her but I know who she is and she has a really cute on line store.

Yesterday turned into a long day after the craft fair I took my mom and Jenny to have coffee and lunch. Then we drove to Solana Beach and walked through the Antique Stores.. It was a perfect Saturday..except for the fact that we put an offer in on this house we just loved...I loved. I was dreaming about having family parties in it and running around in the back yard. I had it all figured out then we got news that the owners went with another offer that was as they said way better than ours. Oh well.I just keep telling myself God has a better house picked out for my family and I just have not found it..I know its important to keep a positive attitude , I have to say trying to buy a house in San Diego is very difficult on a budget. I am on my way to see my grandmother first but I really do hope you do something special today..

Its looking pretty...

The first week in May is almost gone. It feels like time is going by pretty fast. I am sure I wont be feeling that next month but for now  time just seems to be zipping by. Here goes I am feeling very pregnant .. and kinda big but mostly really excited to meet this little person I am creating inside of me OK I cant lie and I feel big and special. A beautiful combination. I have always loved food but let me tell you I am having a love a fair with food right now. I love the part of being pregnant that makes me love food the way I do only when I am pregnant.

Tomorrow morning I will be going to a craft show with my mom..I feel so lucky that she will be going with me. We don't do that much together because we both work and taking care of my sister is a full time job so you cant just leave the house unless someone you can trust is there to take care of her. So either my mom is there or I am there. I get her all to myself tomorrow morning .. My mom and  a craft show.What could be better.
Right now maybe food.
